Pressure Washing

Pressure Washing in Bradenton

Florida humidity grows things on every surface it can reach. Black streaks on the pool cage frame, green film on the lanai deck, gray pavers that used to be tan, mildew climbing the north side of the house. Over the Top Screens now offers pressure washing for homeowners in Bradenton, Palmetto, Lakewood Ranch, and Sarasota. We already spend our days working on pool cages and lanais, so we know how to clean them without wrecking the screen.

What we pressure wash

  • Pool cages and screen enclosures: aluminum frames, gutters, kick plates, and the deck under them. Screen mesh gets a low-pressure rinse, not a blast.
  • Lanais and patios: pool decks, screened porches, and outdoor kitchen areas.
  • Driveways and sidewalks: oil spots, tire marks, and the dark mildew that builds up in shaded concrete.
  • Pavers: pool deck and driveway pavers, cleaned so the joints and color come back.
  • House exteriors: stucco, siding, soffits, and fascia, cleaned at pressures that suit the surface.

Why a screen company does pressure washing

The most common way a pool cage gets damaged during cleaning is a pressure washer aimed at the screen. Too much pressure, or a nozzle held too close, stretches the mesh, pops the spline out of its channel, or tears panels that had years of life left. We install and repair these screens every week, so we clean them the way we would want our own cleaned. If we find a torn panel, loose spline, or a bent kick plate along the way, we point it out, and we can handle the pool screen repair or lanai screen repair ourselves.

How the job runs

Tell us what you want cleaned (cage, deck, driveway, house, or all of it) and we will give you a free quote. On the day of the job we move patio furniture where needed, protect plants and fixtures, and work from the top down so the dirty runoff doesn’t land on surfaces we already cleaned. Hard surfaces like concrete and pavers can take more pressure. Screens, painted aluminum, and stucco get a gentler approach.

A lot of homeowners pair pressure washing with other work: a cage rescreen followed by a clean deck, or a clean exterior before new vinyl windows go in. If you are planning any screen or enclosure work, ask about doing both on the same visit.
