What Sarasota work actually looks like
Older sliders. A lot of Sarasota openings still have original rolling hardware. Grit plus rain equals a door you have to hip-check. That is sliding glass door repair: rollers, tracks, locks, the screen that jumped the rail. Lanais that became the living room. When the mesh goes, you lose the room. Lanai screen repair is panel-by-panel or a full rescreen, depending on how far the UV has gotten. Pool cages. Same trade as Lakewood Ranch, different streets. Roof panels, kick plates, doors. How we treat the house
Sarasota jobs are often tighter lots, more furniture on the lanai, and neighbors who can see everything. We protect floors, we do not leave old mesh in the parkway, and we do not upsell a full cage because one panel failed. It is the same company in Sarasota. Jared will tell you if a roller kit is enough or if the door is done. He will tell you if the cage needs metal work before mesh. That is the whole pitch.
